Newly uncovered photographs reveal that Jeffrey Epstein attended Donald Trump’s 1993 wedding to Marla Maples at the Plaza Hotel in New York. The images, obtained by CNN, show Epstein mingling with celebrity guests and even appearing in the background of group photos.
One picture shows Epstein walking through the hotel lobby, while another shows him near Howard Stern and Robin Leach during a photo. A third image captures him standing beside Trump and a young Ivanka Trump.
CNN also released video footage from 1999, showing Trump and Epstein speaking and laughing at a Victoria’s Secret fashion show, seated beside Melania Trump.
In response, White House Communications Director Steven Cheung dismissed the coverage, calling the images “out-of-context frame grabs” and part of a politically motivated narrative. Cheung stated that “the President kicked [Epstein] out of his club for being a creep.”
Trump’s past connection to Epstein has drawn renewed attention amid the recent release of Epstein-related court files. Although Trump’s name appears several times in those documents, there is no indication he is accused of any criminal wrongdoing.
Epstein’s relationship with Trump, including appearances at social events like a George Foreman boxing match, reportedly took place long before Epstein’s first indictment in 2006 for sex crimes involving a minor.
Epstein died in 2019 while in federal custody in New York, a case that remains surrounded by controversy.
