Edge of Tomorrow 2 is gaining momentum, thanks to Tom Cruise’s recent production deal with Warner Bros., which could resolve previous scheduling conflicts.

Director Doug Liman confirmed that both Cruise and Emily Blunt are eager to return, with the sequel potentially titled Live Die Repeat and Repeat.

Despite its success, the project has faced delays since its initial announcement in 2016, primarily due to the busy schedules of the stars.

Liman hinted at a fresh narrative approach, aiming to “revolutionize” sequels, while the film’s critical acclaim and audience demand keep hopes alive for its eventual production
