Diddy Trial: Woman Who Says He Held Her Over Balcony May Testify Today

The sex trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs continues today in New York, with key witnesses expected to take the stand.

Bryana Bongolan, who says Combs once dangled her over an apartment balcony, may testify. Her account is one of the most serious physical abuse allegations in the case so far.

Also expected to testify is Frank Piazza, a forensic video expert. He may give evidence about the 2016 hotel surveillance footage that shows Combs assaulting singer Cassie Ventura, his then-girlfriend. That video was allegedly covered up with help from hotel staff.

Yesterday, a former hotel security officer testified that Combs paid $100,000 in cash to suppress that video. The money was split between three employees, and the officer admitted to signing a non-disclosure agreement without reading it fully.

Later this week, a second alleged victim — known only as “Jane” — is expected to testify.

Combs faces five criminal charges, including sex trafficking, transportation for prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy. He has denied all the allegations.
