As Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ federal sex trafficking trial resumed after Memorial Day, the court heard stunning testimony from Capricorn Clark, a former marketing director and longtime personal assistant to the music mogul.
Her revelations added new depth to an already explosive case involving allegations of abuse, manipulation, and criminal conduct spanning years.
Diddy Allegedly Threatened to Kill Assistant Over Past Ties
Clark, who worked for Diddy between 2004 and 2017, told the jury that on her first day of employment, Combs discovered her prior connection to rival Suge Knight and threatened her life.
“He told me he didn’t know I had anything to do with Suge Knight. And if anything happened, he’d have to kill me,” she stated.
Five Days of Lie Detector Tests and East River Threat
In another harrowing account, Clark said she was accused of stealing a bag of diamonds before a flight to Miami. She claims she was forced to undergo lie detector tests for five consecutive days, during which the examiner allegedly warned her:
“If you fail, they’re going to throw you into the East River.”
The Night Diddy Allegedly Tried to Confront—and Possibly Kill—Kid Cudi
On December 22, 2011, Clark said Diddy showed up at her door, furious and armed with a gun.
“He said, ‘Get dressed, we’re going to go kill Mescudi,’” she testified, referring to rapper Kid Cudi.

She claimed Diddy forced her into a car despite her protests. While en route, she covertly called Cassie Ventura’s burner phone, warning her: “Puffy has a gun.” Upon arrival, Cudi allegedly spotted Diddy and fled in his Porsche, triggering a car chase followed by the sound of sirens.
Clark also mentioned that Cudi’s car was later set on fire, though she admitted not cooperating with fire investigators at the time. Diddy has not been charged in relation to the incident.
Witness Describes Violent Assault on Cassie
Clark recounted what happened after the alleged incident with Cudi. Back at their location, she claimed Combs attacked Cassie, kicking her repeatedly while she crouched and cried.
“He came at her with 100% full force,” she told the court, adding that he threatened to hurt her too if she tried to help.

Physical Altercation in Miami Beach Home
Clark also described a separate moment at Diddy’s Miami Beach home, where, after expressing her dissatisfaction with her job, Diddy allegedly charged at her, shoved her across the room, and demanded she leave.
“He ran toward me with his hands open and charged at my shoulders,” she said.
Behind the Scenes of ‘Freak-Off’ Parties
Echoing earlier testimony from Cassie Ventura, Clark provided disturbing details of her role in preparing Diddy’s alleged “freak-off” sex parties.
She claimed she was responsible for:
- Setting up toiletry bags and baby oil
- Preparing drugs, allegedly including ecstasy
- Arranging small hidden cameras
- Organizing IV drips to aid post-party recovery
These parties allegedly lasted three to four days, with both Diddy and Cassie often requiring IV support afterward.
Defense Cross-Examines Clark
Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo questioned Clark’s credibility and intentions, suggesting she may have followed Diddy during the Kid Cudi incident to prevent violence. Clark refuted this:
“I went because he told me it wasn’t up to me, but I didn’t want to go.”
She stood firm on witnessing physical abuse toward Cassie, stating: “Yes, sir,” when asked if she was certain about what she saw.
Combs Denies All Allegations
In response to the mounting accusations, Diddy’s legal team continues to deny all charges. In an earlier statement, Agnifilo described Combs as a “self-made entrepreneur and family man” who is not a criminal.
“To his credit, Mr. Combs has been cooperative. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide,” the statement read.
What’s Next?
The trial, which began earlier this month, is expected to last up to eight weeks. If convicted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, Combs could face life in prison.
The court will reconvene later this week to hear further testimony from additional witnesses.
