Chelsea Football Club has officially unveiled its home kit for the 2025-26 season, proudly displaying the FIFA Club World Cup champions badge. The reveal follows Chelsea’s 3-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the final held on July 13 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
The new kit, launched on July 14 and designed by Nike, keeps the club’s traditional blue but adds a subtle checkerboard pattern inspired by London landmarks like Chelsea Town Hall. The most striking feature is the circular gold-on-white badge on the chest, symbolizing the club’s global title. A white-on-gold version will be used on darker kits for better visibility.
This marks Chelsea’s second Club World Cup title, following their 2021 triumph. The badge will remain on their kits for four years, reflecting the tournament’s new quadrennial schedule. Chelsea will hold the title of world champions until 2029.
The kit is available in two versions: the replica at $147 and the authentic match version at $201. Both include Nike’s Dri-FIT technology for moisture control and comfort.
Chelsea’s win, led by manager Enzo Maresca and standout Cole Palmer—who scored twice and assisted once in the final—has stirred excitement among fans. The victory earned the club $115 million in prize money and could boost upcoming shirt sponsorship deals by another $100 million.
Fan reactions to the badge are mixed. Many support the bold look and consider it a symbol of pride, while others think the badge is too large or would prefer it placed on the sleeve.
The new kit is now available through the official Chelsea FC Store and select retailers, with customization options including players like Cole Palmer and Enzo Fernandez. Chelsea’s achievement also makes them the first club to win all four major UEFA competitions, adding historic weight to the new kit’s legacy.
