BTS has officially announced a global return, confirming a massive world tour spanning 2026 and 2027. The tour will begin in April 2026 in South Korea and run until March 2027, covering more than 70 shows worldwide.

The tour marks BTS’ first headline concerts since 2022, when the group last performed during the Permission to Dance on Stage tour. Fans have waited nearly four years for a full group return.

According to the announcement, the tour will visit Asia, North America, South America, Europe, and Australia, with major stops in cities such as Tokyo, London, Paris, Los Angeles, Mexico City, São Paulo, and Sydney.

A fan presale will take place on January 22 and 23, exclusively for official ARMY Membership holders who register through the Weverse platform. General ticket sales will open on January 24.

The news follows confirmation that BTS will release new music on March 20, ending a long hiatus caused by South Korea’s mandatory military service requirement for all seven members.

All members — RM, Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, Jung Kook, and j-hope — have now completed their service. Suga, the final member to finish, was discharged in June 2025 after serving as a social service agent due to a shoulder injury.

The comeback is seen as a major moment for the global music industry, as BTS remains one of the most influential and commercially successful acts in the world, even during their time away.

For fans worldwide, the countdown has officially begun. BTS is back — on record and on stage.
