BTS is officially back — and fans are celebrating by bringing one of the group’s older songs back to the charts.
After years away due to South Korea’s mandatory military service, all seven members of BTS have completed their enlistments. The group recently confirmed new music is on the way in 2026, along with a comeback tour. In the meantime, fans are showing their excitement in a big way.
This week, BTS’ 2019 song “Home” has re-entered the UK Official Singles Downloads Chart at No. 46 and the Official Singles Sales Chart at No. 49, marking a new all-time high for the track.
Originally released as part of Map of the Soul: Persona, “Home” was never promoted as a single. It first charted briefly in April 2019 and disappeared soon after. Now, the track is seeing a surprising resurgence thanks to support from BTS’s loyal fanbase, known as ARMY.
Instead of revisiting the group’s biggest hits, fans chose “Home” as their song of celebration — likely because of its title, symbolizing the emotional return of BTS to music.
The renewed success of “Home” shows that even older BTS songs can gain new momentum when the group is in the spotlight. With their reunion now official, BTS is once again proving their lasting global impact.
