As of January 18, 2026, India is not included in the official schedule for the BTS World Tour 2026–2027. The announcement has disappointed many Indian fans who were hoping to see the group perform in the country.

BigHit Music released the full tour schedule on January 13, 2026. The tour includes 79 shows across 34 cities on five continents, marking BTS’ first world tour since completing their military service.

The tour will begin in Goyang, South Korea, in April 2026 and is set to continue until March 2027. It is one of the group’s largest global tours to date.

Several Asia-Pacific cities are included in the lineup. These stops include Bangkok, Kaohsiung, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Manila. However, no Indian city appears on the current list.

Ticket presales for official ARMY membership holders will take place on January 22 and 23, 2026. General ticket sales will begin on January 24.

BigHit Music has said that more cities may be added later. The company has already hinted at additional 2027 dates, particularly in Japan and the Middle East, leaving some hope for Indian fans.

In the past, Indian promoters such as BookMyShow have confirmed discussions with HYBE about bringing BTS to India. However, no agreement has been finalized for this tour.

The absence of India has led to strong reactions from fans, especially after a late 2025 Weverse live where member V greeted fans with “Namaste” and said, “See you next year.” Fans are now advised to follow official BTS platforms and the Weverse app for updates on any new tour dates.
