BTS Agency Takes Tough Legal Action After Break-In Attempt at Jungkook’s Home

BTS member Jungkook recently faced a break-in attempt at his home in Seoul, just after finishing his military service. A Chinese woman repeatedly tried to enter his house late at night by guessing the door passcode. She was arrested at the scene.

BTS’s agency, BigHit, has responded quickly. In an official statement, BigHit announced strict legal action against anyone who threatens the safety and privacy of their artists. The agency is fully cooperating with police and has handed over CCTV footage for the investigation. They also confirmed they are seeking a restraining order against the intruder.

BigHit’s statement reads, “We report stalkers immediately to police and file restraining orders. There will be no leniency for any acts that violate the artists’ privacy and safety.” The company said they will keep taking strong action against false and hateful posts online, as well as any other form of harassment or defamation against BTS.

BigHit thanked fans for their support and encouraged them to report harmful activities through the HYBE Artist Rights Protection platform. With help from fans, the company has already collected evidence and filed legal complaints against people posting abusive or false statements in online communities and on social media.

Some cases have already resulted in fines, and more lawsuits are ongoing. BigHit pledged to keep working until all issues are resolved, saying, “We are taking a zero-tolerance approach to any actions that threaten the artists’ privacy and safety.”

Fans can rest assured that BigHit is committed to protecting BTS now and in the future.
