Marvel fans are buzzing after a mysterious script appeared online, claiming to be a draft of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. The movie was scrapped in favor of Avengers: Doomsday, but if this leaked script is real, the original plans were absolutely wild.
The document, posted on Reddit, describes an intense storyline following Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. It allegedly involved Kang being thrown through the multiverse and a council of Kangs performing a ritual involving the X-Men from Fox’s universe. Things only escalated from there, with appearances from all three Spider-Men, Moon Knight, Deadpool, and Wolverine.
Marvel Studios is known for keeping scripts under tight security, making such a leak highly unusual. With April Fool’s Day right around the corner, some fans are skeptical. However, the leak has sparked renewed curiosity about what The Kang Dynasty could have been before it was abandoned.
Marvel recently announced the cast for Avengers: Doomsday, giving fans a glimpse of the new direction for the MCU’s next big crossover. But with The Kang Dynasty now a lost project, this leaked script may be the closest fans get to knowing what could have been.
The next Marvel movie, Thunderbolts, is set to release on May 2, 2025.
