A$AP Rocky to Livestream “Don’t Be Dumb” on Amazon Music’s Songline Series

Amazon Music has announced that A$AP Rocky will headline the next episode of its acclaimed “Songline” series. The exclusive livestream will feature new music from his highly anticipated album, Don’t Be Dumb.

The special will premiere on Yams Day, January 18, at 9 p.m. ET, and stream exclusively on Amazon Music, Prime Video, and Twitch. Fans will have access to the performance for 24 hours after the premiere.

Cinematic New York Performance

The episode captures Rocky performing across iconic New York City locations, blending live music with cinematic visuals. Orchestrations by Danny Elfman, appearances from members of A$AP Mob, and intimate storytelling moments highlight the show.

The performance also honors A$AP Yams, the late Harlem-based visionary who passed away eleven years ago. The tribute reflects Yams’ enduring influence on hip-hop and Rocky’s career.

Album Release Tie-In

Rocky’s album Don’t Be Dumb drops on Friday, January 16, just days before the livestream. Its lead single, “Punk Rocky,” has already sparked excitement among fans and critics.

The Songline format combines reimagined live performances with in-depth interviews, giving viewers an inside look at Rocky’s creative process and artistic evolution.
