A$AP Rocky has officially announced the Don’t Be Dumb World Tour, ending years of speculation from fans. The 42-date global tour follows the release of his long-awaited album Don’t Be Dumb, which dropped on January 16.

The Harlem rapper’s new album is projected to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The strong early momentum has added to the excitement surrounding the tour announcement.

The tour will kick off on May 27 at the United Center in Chicago. Rocky will tour across North America throughout the summer before heading to Europe later in the season.

Major North American stops include New York City, Los Angeles, and Toronto. The European leg will feature shows at high-profile venues such as London’s O2 Arena and Berlin’s Uber Arena.

The tour is scheduled to conclude on September 30 at the Accor Arena in Paris. The final show is expected to be one of the most anticipated dates of the run.

The album’s visual style has also drawn attention. The cover art was created by filmmaker Tim Burton, giving the project a dark and surreal aesthetic that fans expect to see carried into the tour’s stage design.

Tickets are expected to sell quickly. Presales begin on January 21 for the UK and Europe and January 23 for North America through Rocky’s official website.

With long delays behind the album and strong demand already building, industry watchers expect the Don’t Be Dumb tour to be one of the biggest hip-hop events of the year.
