Apple Shareholders Meeting Set for February 25, 2025

Apple’s annual shareholders meeting is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time, as revealed in an SEC filing.

Shareholders of record as of January 2, 2025, can attend and participate through Apple’s virtual meeting platform.

To join the meeting, shareholders must log in to the platform at least 15 minutes before the start time and provide a control number found in the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials.

During the meeting, participants will vote on several key items, including the re-election of the Board of Directors, approval of executive compensation, and ratification of Ernst & Young LLP as Apple’s public accounting firm. Shareholders will also cast votes on proposals submitted for consideration.

While these meetings typically focus on procedural matters, there’s occasionally some insight into Apple’s direction.

Last year, Tim Cook discussed artificial intelligence, which later became central to the launch of Apple Intelligence features in June 2024.
