Apple Music Reveals Full List of the Top 500 Songs of the Decade

Apple Music has officially released its Top 500 Most-Streamed Songs of the Decade, celebrating 10 years of the global streaming platform. The list reflects the most-played tracks across all genres from around the world, highlighting the biggest hits and most influential artists of the last ten years.

At the very top of the list is Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You, which dominated streaming charts globally and continues to hold the record for the biggest first-day pop debut in Apple Music history. Following closely are The Weeknd’s Blinding Lights at No. 2 and Drake’s God’s Plan at No. 3—both of which became cultural milestones in their respective genres.

The top 10 also includes major names such as Post Malone, Travis Scott, Billie Eilish, and Chris Brown, while genre-defining anthems like Old Town Road (Lil Nas X), Despacito (Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee), and Bad Guy (Billie Eilish) also made strong appearances.

Artists such as Drake (with 27 entries), Taylor Swift (14 entries), and The Weeknd (9 entries in R&B) were among the most featured on the list. K-pop superstars BTS earned two placements, with Dynamite and Butter breaking into the global mainstream.
