Lucky Apple TV Series First Look

Apple TV+ has officially started production on its limited series Lucky, featuring Anya Taylor-Joy in the lead role.

The series is based on Marissa Stapley’s bestselling novel and follows a young woman who must confront her criminal past in a final attempt to secure her future.

Star-Studded Cast

The series stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Lucky, alongside Drew Starkey, Annette Bening, Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, and Timothy Olyphant.

Filming began in Las Vegas and will continue in Los Angeles after receiving a $10.68 million California tax credit.

Plot Overview

The story revolves around a woman who left behind a life of crime but is forced to embrace her darker side for one last mission.

The show blends crime, drama, and suspense, offering a thrilling narrative.

Production Team

Jonathan Tropper serves as co-showrunner and executive producer alongside Cassie Pappas.

The series is produced by Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine and Apple Studios, with Taylor-Joy also serving as an executive producer through her production company, Ladykiller.

Lucky promises to deliver a gripping storyline with a powerhouse cast. Apple TV+ has not announced the release date yet, but fans can expect more updates as filming progresses.
