Adin Ross Buys $25.5 Million Mansion, Breaks Florida City Record

Popular internet streamer Adin Ross has bought a massive mansion in Davie, Florida, for $25.5 million, setting a new record for the most expensive home ever sold in the city.

The 24-year-old, known for his streams on platforms like Twitch and Kick, bought the 10-acre estate at a 20% discount from its original $32 million asking price. This deal is now one of the biggest real estate sales in western Broward County.

The luxury home is over 11,000 square feet and has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It also features gardens, fountains, a reflecting pool, a chef’s kitchen, a home theater, a spa, an office, an art studio, and a pool house.

The property was previously owned by aerospace executives Laurent and Laure Parelle. They purchased the land in 2009 for only $775,000 and turned it into one of the area’s most valuable homes.

Ross used an LLC to make the purchase and took out a $12.7 million mortgage from Vaster Capital. With an estimated net worth of $16 million, Ross has built his fortune from streaming, online content, and ventures like boxing.

This purchase shows Ross’s growing success beyond gaming, marking his move into high-end real estate. His new mansion stands out in the area, making it one of the largest and most luxurious homes in Davie.

Real estate agents involved included William Abreu of Compass for Ross and Enzo Rosani of Barnes International Realty for the sellers.

With this record-breaking deal, Adin Ross is proving that his influence now reaches far beyond the streaming world.
