Kanye West’s Bully listening party has left fans even more unsure about the album, especially after the full project failed to drop as expected.
Ye played several songs from the album at an event in Los Angeles, along with some other tracks. But instead of clearing things up, the listening party sparked more debate online.
A lot of the reaction has been about the album’s guest features. Fans were surprised by some of the names involved, including Nine Vicious, while other tracks reportedly featured Travis Scott, Ty Dolla $ign, CeeLo Green, and Andre Trautman.
Ye also played songs fans already knew, including “Preacher Man” and “Beauty and the Beast.” That gave people more to talk about, but it did not lead to one clear opinion on the album.
Social media reactions have been all over the place. Some fans said they were excited by what they heard, while others said the project sounded messy or disappointing.
The missing release date has only added to the confusion. At the time of writing, Ye has still not given fans a new date for when Bully will arrive on streaming platforms.
Reports suggest the delay may be linked to mixing, mastering, and last-minute tracklist changes. For now, fans are left with previews, rumours, and a lot of arguments online.
