Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Leak

A new leak has revealed the design of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra, and the camera bump is already drawing criticism.

Images and a short video shared by well-known leaker @OnLeaks show dummy units of the Galaxy S26 Ultra. These models do not work, but they show the phone’s physical design and layout.

At first glance, the Galaxy S26 Ultra looks very similar to last year’s Galaxy S25 Ultra. The phone keeps the same general shape with rounded corners. The big change appears on the back.

The camera system now sits on a raised island instead of blending into the back panel. Three main camera lenses are grouped together on this elevated section. The design closely resembles the camera bump seen on Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7.

This new layout may worsen a common issue. Because the camera bump sits on the left side, the phone is likely to wobble when placed flat on a table. This has been a long-standing complaint with Samsung phones, and the thicker, double-raised bump could make the problem more noticeable.

In the leaked video, the camera module clearly sticks out from the body. This suggests the phone may rock back and forth when touched while lying flat.

The larger camera bump is likely caused by Samsung’s effort to make the Galaxy S26 Ultra thinner overall. A slimmer body often forces camera parts to protrude more.

Using a protective case will likely reduce the wobble. However, users who prefer no case, a thin case, or a skin may still find the design annoying during everyday use.

The Galaxy S26 series is expected to launch in February 2026. While the camera bump may not stop people from buying the phone, it could be a small but frustrating design flaw for some users.
