Sharay Hayes, known as “The Punisher,” recently shared details about his life and trial involvement in Diddy’s federal sex trafficking case.
Hayes opened up about his decision to get a penis implant due to lifelong erectile dysfunction. He spoke about how he consulted others who had similar procedures and felt it was the right choice for him.
Hayes testified last month during Diddy’s trial. Afterward, he spoke with Fox News Digital and said testifying was very nerve-wracking. He described the courtroom as intense and much bigger than he expected, making it hard to stay focused.
He also said his testimony seemed more helpful to the defense than the prosecution, which surprised him. Hayes is not a legal expert but thought his statements did not harm Diddy’s side. He wondered if the prosecution was preparing in case the defense called him as a witness.
Diddy’s trial continues after some delays caused by a sick juror and a holiday. Another key witness, Brendan Paul, Diddy’s former assistant and alleged drug mule, will testify after being granted immunity.
