During the ongoing federal trial, Judge Arun Subramanian warned Sean “Diddy” Combs to stop nodding and gesturing at the jurors.
The judge told Diddy’s lawyer that if the rapper continues, he could be removed from the courtroom. Reportedly, Diddy was nodding vigorously while looking at the jury, which caught the judge’s attention.
This warning came shortly after testimony from Bryana Bongolan, a former friend of singer Cassie. Bongolan accused Diddy of holding her over a 17th-floor balcony and throwing her into balcony furniture.
She claims the incident caused her back and neck pain, along with emotional trauma. She also said Diddy shouted, “You know what the f*ck you did!”
Bongolan added that Diddy tracked Cassie’s movements during a shopping trip by texting her a list of places she had visited that day.
Earlier testimony included a former security officer from the InterContinental Hotel, Eddy Garcia. Garcia said that Diddy and a company representative tried to get security footage of Diddy allegedly assaulting Cassie in 2016.
Garcia said he resisted but eventually gave the footage to Diddy’s team. He also claimed he was paid $100,000 to split with other hotel staff after handing over the video.
The trial continues as more witnesses testify, and the judge closely monitors courtroom behavior.
