Background
Although Tha Carter V was once thought to be the final album in the series, Wayne confirmed Tha Carter VI was in the works during a Young Money reunion in 2022. The album rollout began with singles like “Kant Nobody” featuring DMX in 2023, followed by “Kat Food”, building anticipation leading up to this major drop.
