BTS star Jin recently met Hollywood action icon Tom Cruise during a guest appearance on his variety show. The meeting left Jin inspired but humble about stepping into the action movie world.
Jin, whose real name is Kim Seok-jin, appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where the host teased him about starring in an action film after meeting Cruise.
Jin smiled and said, “There’s a small part of me that wants to do action movies, but I’m not as adventurous as Tom Cruise.”
Jimmy Fallon then joked, calling Jin “Jin Wick,” a playful nod to the famous John Wick movies starring Keanu Reeves. Fans loved the nickname and flooded social media with excited comments. Some even suggested fan-casting Jin as an action star.
Currently, Jin is focused on his music career. His second solo album, Echo, is gaining attention worldwide. Although there is no official action movie planned, fans are eager to see Jin take on new roles in the future.
