Miley Cyrus has officially dropped the trailer for her new project, Something Beautiful, a 13-track album paired with a full-length visual film. The album arrives May 30, while the film gets a global release on June 27.
The trailer reveals bold visuals, showing Cyrus dressed in dramatic costumes — including a green bikini top and feathered chaps — as she moves through film sets and stages. The footage is set to new music, including a snippet of the song “Easy Lover.”
Cyrus co-directed the visual album with Jacob Bixenman and Brendan Walter. The project is described as a “pop opera fueled by fantasy” and explores themes of healing, transformation, and beauty in destruction.
The album artwork, shot by Glen Luchford, features Miley wearing a 1997 Thierry Mugler couture piece, highlighting the album’s high-fashion and cinematic style.
The film premieres June 6 at the Tribeca Festival, with a limited US and Canada theatrical release on June 12, before its global launch on June 27.
