The Epic Games Store is offering Android gamers alternatives to Google’s Play Store.

Here’s a list of eight games currently available through Epic but not on Google Play as of May 2025.

Eastern Exorcist

This beautiful 2D side-scrolling action game resembles a Chinese ink painting brought violently to life. Players control one of two exorcists battling dark spirits and monsters.

Known for its challenging combat, Eastern Exorcist has earned very positive reviews on Steam since its 2021 release.

Fall Guys

This popular platform battle game features adorable characters competing in wacky minigames. Epic acquired Fall Guys from Device Digital in 2022 and made it free-to-play, similar to other first-party Epic titles on this list.

Figment

A top-down isometric action game reminiscent of Bastion and Hades but with less violence. Figment tells a story about grief and trauma through the mind of a young boy who survived a violent event.

The game’s distinctive musical bosses sing throughout battles. While once available on Play Store, it’s no longer found there.

Figment 2: Creed Valley

The sequel returns with the same protagonist and hand-crafted visuals. Though available on Epic, this game hasn’t made it to Google Play and is only in beta on Apple’s App Store.

The Forest Quartet

Another musical-themed game from Bedtime Digital Games dealing with grief. Players control the ghost of a deceased band member, solving puzzles and experiencing memories of surviving band members. Note that it currently has some touch control issues on the Galaxy Z Fold 6.

Fortnite

Epic’s phenomenally successful online multiplayer shooter is likely the main reason many people download the Epic Games Store. With over 100 million players since its 2017 launch, Fortnite’s most popular mode pits 100 players against each other in a battle royale.

Rocket League Sideswipe

This mobile adaptation of Rocket League brings the unique concept of cars playing soccer to smartphones. It completes Epic’s trio of highly successful online multiplayer games not available on the Play Store.

Super Space Club

A top-down shooter with a relaxing lo-fi soundtrack, Super Space Club combines arcade action with chill vibes. Sometimes featured as Epic’s free game of the week, its regular price of $4 is significantly cheaper than the $15 PC version.

The Epic Games Store’s growing presence on Android, driven by popular titles like Fortnite, introduces much-needed competition to the Play Store ecosystem.
