Samsung has officially confirmed its Galaxy A launch event will take place on March 2, 2025, following recent leaks revealing the Galaxy A56, A36, and A26.
The company has not specified which models will be unveiled, but the latest rumors strongly suggest that at least two of the three devices will be part of the announcement.
What to Expect
All three Galaxy A models are expected to feature 6.7-inch displays with a 1080×2340 resolution.
The Galaxy A56 and A36 will come with in-display fingerprint sensors, while the Galaxy A26 will have its sensor integrated into the power button.
Here’s what the models are rumored to offer:
- Galaxy A56: Exynos 1580, 8GB RAM, 50MP main camera with OIS, 12MP ultrawide, 5MP macro, and 12MP selfie camera
- Galaxy A36: Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, 6/8GB RAM, 50MP main camera with OIS, 8MP ultrawide, 5MP macro, and 12MP selfie camera
- Galaxy A26: Exynos 1380, 6/8GB RAM, 50MP main camera with OIS, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and 13MP selfie camera
Android 15 Out of the Box
One of the standout features is that all three devices are rumored to launch with Android 15 and One UI 7, making them some of the first Samsung devices to ship with the latest software — even ahead of the Galaxy S24 series.
How to Register
Samsung India is already allowing users to register their interest in the event, hinting that the devices might first be available in select regions.
