Apple has officially announced the iPhone 16e, a more affordable alternative to its flagship iPhone 16 series.
The device brings premium features at a lower price, making it a strong option for those looking for an Apple experience without the premium cost.
The iPhone 16e will be available in three storage options with the following prices:
- 128GB: $599 / €699 / £599
- 256GB: $699 / €829 / £699
- 512GB: $899 / €1,079 / £899
The iPhone 16e costs $200 less than the base iPhone 16, which starts at $799. Despite the lower price, the iPhone 16e still offers features like the A18 processor, Apple Intelligence, a 48MP camera, and an Action Button.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 16e begin on February 21, with an official release on February 28. The device will be available in black and white and will launch in 59 countries worldwide.
With this pricing, Apple aims to attract users who want a modern iPhone without paying flagship prices.
The iPhone SE series has long been a popular choice for budget-conscious users, and the iPhone 16e continues that tradition while bringing even more high-end features.
