A recent leak suggests that the next iPhone SE, also known as the iPhone 16e or iPhone SE (4th Gen), may be smaller than previously anticipated.
According to @billbil_kun, a trusted leaker, details from an iPhone SE (4th Gen) case reveal dimensions of 148.4 x 73.8 x 12.1 mm, which would translate to a final device size of approximately 144145 x 6970 x 7~8 mm.
These dimensions indicate that the upcoming iPhone SE will be even more compact than the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 15, both of which are larger than what the new SE model will be.
The leak also suggests that the iPhone SE (4th Gen) will be smaller than the current iPhone 15 and 16, which measure 147.6 x 71.6 x 7.8 mm.
This compact design marks a shift from the previous iPhone SE models, which were based on older iPhone designs, and hints at a more pocket-friendly option for budget-conscious users.
Apple is expected to announce the new iPhone SE later this quarter.
