Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Slim has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing key specifications ahead of its expected launch.

The phone may debut at the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22, alongside the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra models.

Key Specifications Revealed

The Geekbench listing shows the Galaxy S25 Slim with model number SM-S937U. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, featuring two high-performance cores clocked at 4.47GHz and six efficiency cores running at 3.53GHz. The phone includes 12GB of RAM, with more options likely at launch.

The Galaxy S25 Slim will run on Android 15 and scored 3,005 in single-core and 6,945 in multi-core tests. The phone is expected to be a slim device, measuring around 6mm thick, with a 6.6-inch display, a 200MP triple camera setup, and a 5,000mAh battery.

Launch Speculation

The official Galaxy Unpacked invite hints at the presence of four phones, suggesting the Galaxy S25 Slim might be unveiled at the event. However, earlier leaks indicated a Q2 2025 launch, so the timing remains uncertain.

Samsung appears to position the Galaxy S25 Slim as a direct competitor to Apple’s iPhone 17 Air, which is also expected this year.

More details about the Galaxy S25 Slim are likely to surface as the launch date approaches.
