Johnson’s daily routine includes taking 54 pills, eating pounds of vegetables, working out for an hour, and going to bed by 8:30 p.m.
He also undergoes regular medical tests and treatments, including controversial gene therapies and plasma exchanges. He even swapped blood with his father and son in an attempt to slow aging.
Controversial Experiments
Not all of Johnson’s experiments have been successful. In 2024, he posted about a failed fat injection treatment for his face, which caused his face to swell dramatically before returning to normal.

Johnson was also involved in a legal battle with his ex-fiancée, Taryn Southern, who sued him after he allegedly left her when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The case was dismissed in 2021.
