Apple is reportedly discontinuing the iPhone SE, replacing it with a new model called the iPhone 16E.

This shift marks a significant departure from the SE’s traditional design, as the iPhone 16E is expected to feature modern specs such as a 48 MP camera, Face ID, and an OLED display.

The device will likely be priced between $500-$550, positioning it as a more affordable alternative to the iPhone 16, despite having similar features like the A18 chip and Apple Intelligence support.

This change aligns with Apple’s broader strategy to offer cutting-edge tech at a lower price point while introducing new branding to reflect the modern design.

The iPhone 16E is expected to launch in March 2025 alongside iOS 18.3, which will include the final features of Apple Intelligence.
