A new leak suggests that a collaboration between Fortnite and Blade Runner is in the works.
The information was first shared by user @X0X_LEAK on X, which was later re-shared by trusted Fortnite leaker @Loolo_WRLD. Although the original post was deleted, the re-shared version remains available.
What to Expect from the Blade Runner x Fortnite Collaboration
Details about the collaboration are still scarce, but there are hints that it could be based on both Blade Runner films.
Since the franchise spans novels, comics, films, and TV series, Epic Games has plenty of material to work with.
They could bring characters from both the original Blade Runner (1982) and Blade Runner 2049 (2017), similar to how they included characters from multiple Star Wars films.
Some of the characters that could be added to Fortnite include:
- Rick Deckard (played by Harrison Ford)
- Officer K
- Niander Wallace
- Joi
Rick Deckard is a likely candidate since he was featured in both Blade Runner films and is already represented in Fortnite as Indiana Jones.
Fans would love to see him as part of the Blade Runner collaboration, especially in Harrison Fordโs likeness.
When Could the Collaboration Arrive?
Given that the current Fortnite storyline is focused on Japanese culture, a cyberpunk-themed Blade Runner collaboration might not fit perfectly.
However, considering the recent Cyberpunk 2077 collaboration, this season could be the ideal time for the Blade Runner event.
Alternatively, it could arrive in later seasons, possibly in early to mid-2025. As more leaks and data come in, fans will get a clearer picture of when the collaboration will launch.
