Oppo has officially launched the Oppo A5 Pro, a smartphone with impressive durability and performance.
The device features a 6.7-inch FullHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,200 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
The screen includes a 16MP punch-hole selfie camera and an in-display fingerprint reader. On the back, it has a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP monochrome sensor.
Powered by the Dimensity 7300 SoC, the Oppo A5 Pro offers up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. It runs Android 15-based ColorOS 15, though Oppo hasnโt confirmed the duration of software support.
The smartphone is built to last, with an IP66/68/69 rating, military-grade GJB150A-2009 certification, and 360-degree drop resistance.
It also features symmetrical low-frequency antennas for stronger signals and a wet touch mode that works with gloves.
Other highlights include:
- 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging.
- 5G support.
- Stereo speakers and NFC.
The Oppo A5 Pro comes in four configurations:
- 8GB/256GB: CNY1,999 ($275/โฌ265/INR23,330).
- 8GB/512GB: CNY2,199 ($300/โฌ290/INR25,665).
- 12GB/256GB: CNY2,199 ($300/โฌ290/INR25,665).
- 12GB/512GB: CNY2,499 ($340/โฌ330/INR29,165).
It will be available in China starting December 27 via Oppoโs official website.
