Meta’s microblogging platform, Threads, has reached a significant milestone with over 100 million daily active users.
CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed this on Monday, alongside an update on the platform’s monthly active users, which now stands at 300 million, up from 275 million in November.
This growth is partly attributed to users leaving rival platform X, following a series of changes.
Threads has consistently seen around a million sign-ups daily for the past three months, as it continues to roll out new features like custom feeds and Starter Packs for new users.
With its steady updates and features, Threads is positioning itself as a strong contender in the social media space, while also competing with Bluesky, which boasts over 25 million users.
