OnePlus has released the OxygenOS 15.0.0.305 update for the OnePlus 12, introducing several AI-driven features designed to enhance user experience.

These include AI Retouch tools like Enhance, Unblur, and Remove, alongside AI Notes, a new writing suite with advanced formatting and cleanup capabilities.

The update includes the November 2024 Android security patch, improved Bluetooth stability, and support for sharing live photos with nearby iOS devices.

  • AI Retouch:
    • Enhance: Improves clarity in cropped, distant, or low-quality photos.
    • Unblur: Restores details, colors, and lighting in blurry photos.
    • Remove: Easily removes reflections, especially from glass, for clearer images.
  • AI Notes:
    • Writing Suite: Includes features to continue writing, polish, and optimize your content.
    • Format: Organizes scattered information into cohesive, visually appealing content.
    • Clean Up: Removes filler words from voice notes, making the sentences more coherent.
  • Communication & Interconnection:
    • Share live photos with nearby iOS devices.
    • Improved Bluetooth connection stability and compatibility.
  • System Enhancements:
    • Contacts can now switch to a floating window.
    • Photos can now recognize boarding passes and add them to Google Wallet.
    • Apps in large folders can now be displayed in 3 x 3 grids.
    • Fixed an issue causing some apps to crash.
    • Fixed a display issue where app icons might overlap with other elements in the Quick Settings after restarting.
  • Security:
    • Integrated the November 2024 Android security patch.

This update is rolling out in India and will reach North America, Europe, and other global markets next week.
