Xiaomi Expands HyperOS 2 Beta Testing to More Devices

Xiaomi has expanded the beta testing for its HyperOS 2 to over 10 devices, including flagship models like the Xiaomi 13 series and the Redmi K70 series.

The beta program is part of Xiaomi’s strategy to refine the OS based on user feedback.

Eligible Devices

The following models are now eligible for the beta program:

  • Xiaomi 13 Ultra, 13 Pro, 13
  • Xiaomi MIX Fold 4, MIX Flip
  • Redmi K70 Ultra, K70 Pro, K70, K70E, K60 Ultra
  • Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4

Key Features of HyperOS 2

  • Self-Developed Microarchitecture Scheduler: Enhanced performance and resource management.
  • Apple Ecosystem Support: Seamless file sharing between Xiaomi and Apple devices via “Xiaomi Internet Service.”
  • Smart Features: AI-powered lock-screen clock, wallpaper generation, translation tools, and note-taking.
  • Super Xiao Ai: Xiaomi’s advanced AI assistant integrated into the OS for smoother interactions.

Beta Program Requirements

Participants must score 85 or above in Xiaomi’s eligibility test. As with any beta program, users should expect potential bugs and system instability.
