A trailer for Beatles 64, the new documentary produced by Martin Scorsese, has been released ahead of its premiere on Disney+ on November 29.
Directed by David Tedeschi, the film explores The Beatles’ historic arrival in the U.S. in February 1964, capturing the mania that followed and their iconic performance on The Ed Sullivan Show.
The documentary features original footage from the Maysles brothers, who filmed the band’s U.S. visit, upscaled to 4K, with newly remixed audio by Giles Martin.
It includes exclusive interviews with Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, plus insights from fans influenced by the Beatles’ U.S. debut.
In addition to Beatles 64, The Beatles: 1964 US Albums In Mono collection will be released on November 22, featuring seven early albums, remastered in mono and pressed on 180g vinyl.
