Netflix’s Stranger Things ended its nine-year run with a divisive series finale, leaving several questions unanswered for fans. Let’s answer all your Stranger Things finale questions.

1. Where did all the monsters go?
In previous seasons, the Upside Down was full of Demogorgons, Demo-dogs, and Demo-bats. In the finale, these monsters were almost nowhere to be seen during key battles, leaving fans wondering what happened to them.

2. Where is Vickie?
Vickie, Robin’s girlfriend, played a significant role in the final season. However, she did not appear in the finale’s reunion scenes. Fans are unsure whether she broke up with Robin, stayed busy at work, or was simply left out.

3. What happened to the Turnbow family?
Joyce kidnapped the Turnbow family to save their son from Vecna. By the end of the finale, the family’s fate was never shown, leaving viewers to assume they were eventually released safely.

4. Why does the military let the heroes go?
The main characters killed or fought against US military personnel multiple times. Yet, in the finale, the military takes no action against them, skipping over potential consequences.

5. What happened to Dr Kay?
Dr Kay, played by Linda Hamilton, had a major presence during the season but disappeared entirely by the finale. Her storyline ended without explanation.

6. Why is Will alright?
Will gained powers connected to the Demogorgons and the hivemind. However, during the finale, he did not experience the pain or consequences linked to the hivemind, unlike others. The reason for this was not explained.

7. Where did all the story threads go?
Several plot points, including minor characters and unanswered questions from earlier seasons, were left unresolved. The creators deliberately left these open-ended, allowing fans to imagine their own conclusions.
