Xiaomi is rumored to be working on a new midrange device, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, which is expected to pack impressive specs.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the phone will feature a large 6.8-inch 1.5K LTPS display. This display will offer smooth performance with a refresh rate that can switch between 60Hz and 120Hz, depending on the content being displayed.

The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro will also likely have a sleek flat display design with very narrow, symmetrical bezels. In terms of materials, the middle frame is expected to be made of metal, while the back panel will likely be glass.

Under the hood, the phone is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Elite chipset, paired with a large 7410mAh battery.

The device will also feature a dual-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP secondary sensor, which should offer solid photography performance.

As for the software, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is expected to run on HyperOS 2.0. The phone may launch in April this year, following the release schedule of the Redmi Turbo 3.

Other rumored features include an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, a peak brightness of 3200 nits, and 90W fast charging.

With UFS 4.0 storage, the Turbo 4 Pro will also offer faster app loading speeds, making it an all-around strong contender in the midrange segment.
