vivo X300 Pro Rumored to Use Sony 50MP and Samsung 200MP Sensors

Chinese smartphone maker vivo is reportedly preparing its next flagship X300 series, with new details emerging about the cameras that will power the devices.

The lineup is expected to launch in China in October and globally in December 2025, with an Ultra variant likely arriving in early 2026.

According to leaks, the X300 Pro will use a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary rear sensor alongside a new 200MP sensor from Samsung.

The Sony sensor will support Hybrid frame-HDR, and vivo says the combination of its VS1 and V3+ chips will improve overall image quality.

The X300 Pro is also expected to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and a 7,000 mAh battery, making it a powerful option for photography and long-lasting performance.

The series may include a standard X300 model, a compact Pro mini, and the Pro variant.

The improved camera setup signals vivo’s continued focus on high-end photography, with the company aiming to compete with other flagship smartphones in the premium segment.
