Google has issued a critical update for Chrome, addressing 13 security vulnerabilities across Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android platforms.
The vulnerabilities range from high to low severity, with issues such as memory access flaws and buffer overflows that could potentially lead to data theft or browser crashes.
The update, available as Chrome version 132.0.6834.83/84 for most platforms, should be installed immediately.
To update, navigate to the “Help” section in Chrome’s menu and select “About Google Chrome.” After the update installs, restart the browser to activate the security fixes.
Failure to update could leave users exposed to exploitation, including the recently discovered “Sign In With Google” exploit.
