Uber has introduced UberXXL, a new airport-specific ride option designed to accommodate larger groups and extra luggage.
Available at over 60 airports globally, UberXXL guarantees vehicles with enough trunk space for those traveling with big bags and holiday gifts.
This new option sits between UberXL and Uber Black in terms of pricing, offering a convenient middle ground.
Additionally, Uber is rolling out a new widget for iPhone users, allowing quick ride requests to frequent destinations.
The Uber Reserve feature now includes Flight Capture, which provides recommended departure times based on flight details and adjusts for delays.
Uber is also expanding UberX Share, offering discounted rates for ridesharing at select airports.
If no matching rider is found within five minutes, passengers can still travel alone at the discounted rate.
