Travis Scott Drops “2000 EXCURSION” Ahead of JackBoys 2 Album Release

Travis Scott has released a new single titled 2000 EXCURSION, featuring Don Toliver and Sheck Wes, ahead of his upcoming compilation album JackBoys 2, set to launch on July 8, 2025.

The track, produced by Cardo Got Wings, marks a major moment in the lead-up to the second JackBoys project. Released under Cactus Jack Records and Epic Records, the album continues the legacy of the JackBoys collective, which includes artists signed to Scott’s label.

JackBoys 2 follows the original 2019 JackBoys album, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and showcased Travis Scott’s role as a leader in modern hip-hop. The first project featured artists like Don Toliver, Sheck Wes, and SoFaygo, who are expected to return for the sequel.

Scott first announced the album in March 2025 during a live performance at Miami’s LIV nightclub. Since then, songs like “4×4” and “ILMB” have been released, building momentum ahead of the official drop. The release also follows his Coachella 2025 appearance, where he previewed new material.

A visually striking trailer directed by Harmony Korine accompanies the album rollout, underlining the creative vision behind JackBoys 2. The full album will be available on streaming platforms, with vinyl and CD versions open for pre-order now.
