The Chainsmokers and Kygo to Headline New Napa Valley Music Festival

Electronic music festival Palm Tree Festival will launch its first California wine country edition on October 11 at The Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa Valley.

The event will be headlined by Norwegian DJ Kygo and The Chainsmokers, with additional performances from Odd Mob, Vandelux, Mia Moretti and Goshfather. The festival will take place at the luxury resort, which is situated on acres of vineyards.

This marks the latest expansion for Palm Tree Festival, which has previously held events in the Hamptons, Aspen and other upscale locations. The festival is being presented by Palm Tree Crew in partnership with Another Planet Entertainment and Blue Note Napa.

Several other Palm Tree Festival editions are scheduled for 2025, including events in St. Tropez, France on July 26 featuring A$AP Rocky and Swedish House Mafia, Sardinia on August 9 with Rampa, Dom Dolla and Carlita, and Montecito, California on October 4 with John Mayer, Kygo and Sofi Tukker.

Palm Tree Crew was founded by Kygo and his manager Myles Shear as part of a broader lifestyle brand concept. The pair have compared their vision to Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville empire, aiming to create a community that extends beyond music into events, resorts and restaurants.

“That’s what we’re trying to create: something that’s bigger than the music. A community, a movement,” Kygo said in a 2022 interview about the concept.
