Qualcomm is reportedly preparing the Snapdragon 8s Elite chipset, set to power sub-flagship smartphones.
According to a leak from tipster Digital Chat Station, the Snapdragon 8s Elite (model SM8735) is expected to deliver better performance than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 but slightly fall short of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
The first smartphones featuring the 8s Elite are expected to debut in April, with impressive battery capacities around 7,000mAh.
Qualcomm has not yet officially confirmed details about the chipset.
