SHINee has announced a new single album titled ‘Poet | Artist’, set to release on May 25, the group’s 17th debut anniversary.
The title is a tribute to Jonghyun’s posthumous album, which was released in January 2018, shortly after his passing. This marks SHINee’s first-ever Korean single album and carries deep meaning for both the group and their fans.
As part of the tribute, the album will feature dolls representing all five SHINee members, including Jonghyun. Each doll has a unique shape—such as a heart or star—but all share the group’s official pearl aqua green color.
A touching detail is the color on each doll’s feet, which reflects the original microphone color of each member from their early debut days.
