The woman who accused former NFL star Shannon Sharpe of rape has announced she is retiring from OnlyFans after reaching a private settlement in her $50 million civil lawsuit against him.

Gabriella Zuniga, who filed the lawsuit in April in Nevada, confirmed her decision to leave the online platform shortly after her attorney, Tony Buzbee, stated that the case had been resolved out of court. The lawsuit included accusations of sexual assault, emotional abuse, and manipulation during a relationship with Sharpe that began in 2023.

Sharpe, now a popular sports media commentator, firmly denied all the allegations. He publicly described the lawsuit as a “shakedown attempt.”

According to reports, the settlement was reached after months of negotiations. While the exact terms are confidential, media sources suggest the financial agreement could have exceeded $10 million. The case was dismissed with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled in the future. As part of the settlement, neither side admitted wrongdoing.

Following the legal resolution, Zuniga shared a message on Instagram thanking her supporters and saying she was looking forward to the next chapter of her life. She confirmed she will continue to be active on other social media platforms but will stop producing content for OnlyFans, where she had gained a large following.

Sharpe, who temporarily paused his television appearances during the legal dispute, is expected to return to his broadcasting career ahead of the new NFL season.
