Seiko has announced two exclusive Prospex watch models in collaboration with baseball superstar Shohei Ohtani, inspired by the Los Angeles Dodgers’ team colors.
The limited-edition watches, named SBEJ023 and SBEJ025, feature bold designs and premium craftsmanship.
The SBEJ023 model is based on the Mechanical Divers 1968 Heritage GMT and comes in a sleek black design with a blue bezel, highlighting the Dodgers’ iconic colors.
It includes a red GMT hand and logo, along with Ohtani’s uniform number 17 engraved on the crown. The SBEJ025, on the other hand, offers a contrasting white dial, providing a striking alternative for fans.
Both watches feature Ohtani’s signature on the clasp and are engraved with “SHOHEI OHTANI LIMITED EDITION” on the back cover, alongside their unique serial numbers.
Production is highly limited, with only 1,700 pieces of the black model and 500 pieces of the white model available.
Priced at approximately ¥330,000 JPY, the watches are now open for member-only reservations through select online stores.
The official release is set for February 7, 2025, making them a must-have for both watch enthusiasts and Ohtani fans.
