The S23 Ultra had a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The S24 Ultra improved brightness to 2000 nits. The S25 Ultra may feature a 6.8/6.9-inch screen with even better color accuracy and possibly under-display cameras.
