Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Slim will have impressive camera features, according to new leaks. This phone, expected as a mid-season release replacing the S25 FE, might include advanced sensors and a unique design.
Camera Highlights
The main camera could feature a 200MP ISOCELL HP5 sensor, which some reports say measures 1/1.56 inches. However, earlier rumors suggested it might be 1/1.3 inches, similar to the S24 Ultra.
For the ultra-wide and telephoto cameras, Samsung will reportedly use 50MP JN5 sensors with 1/2.76-inch size and 0.64ยตm pixels. Unlike the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which may have a second telephoto lens, the S25 Slim will include only one telephoto camera.
3.5x Telephoto Zoom with ALoP Design
The telephoto camera might support 3.5x optical zoom using Samsung’s new ALoP (All Lenses on Prism) design. ALoP places the lenses in front of the prism instead of behind it, making the camera module thinner and shorter than traditional periscope setups. This design fits the phone’s slim profile, which is its key feature.
Launch Details
The Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to debut in late 2025. If it succeeds, this thin and powerful design might inspire the upcoming Galaxy S26 series.
Fans will need to wait for Samsung’s official announcement to confirm these details.
