Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy F56 in India. At just 7.2mm thick, it is the slimmest phone in the F-series. It shares its design with the Galaxy M56, which came out in April.
The F56 features a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. The display reaches up to 1,200 nits in High Brightness Mode for better outdoor visibility.
The phone is powered by the Exynos 1480 chip, paired with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB storage. It runs One UI 7 based on Android 15 and will receive six major Android updates. A high-end vapor chamber helps keep the phone cool during heavy use.
It has a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging. Both the front and back are protected with Gorilla Glass Victus+, though the frame is plastic. The rear camera is a 50MP sensor with OIS that supports 4K video recording and enhanced portrait shots. The front camera is 12MP.
Samsung includes Galaxy AI features like Object Eraser and Edit Suggestions for smarter editing. The F56 also supports Samsung Wallet’s new Tap & Pay feature and is protected by Samsung Knox.
The Galaxy F56 is now available in India. The 8/128GB model is priced at ₹26,000 and the 8/256GB version at ₹29,000. EMI plans start from ₹1,556 per month.
